About Me
Bryce Kropf is a revenue leader with a decade of experience building and scaling high-performing sales organizations across the technology, SaaS, and defense sectors. His leadership philosophy is shaped by two simple ideas: strong systems create consistent results, and strong leaders create belief in what’s possible.
Bryce grew up in the grass seed capital of the world in a family rooted in service — policemen, firemen, cooks, truckers, and farmers. His early years working as a farm hand taught him humility, reliability, and the value of hard work. At the same time, he developed a curiosity for technology and a desire to take a different path, ultimately pursuing a career where he could build, improve, and help others grow.
He earned his BBA in Marketing from Portland State University (3.83 GPA) and later completed his MBA at Washington State University with a 4.0 GPA, along with certifications in Digital Marketing, Change Management, High-Performance Leadership, and Inbound Sales.
Today, Bryce serves as VP of Global Sales at Kagwerks, where he helped lead the company through significant growth and its acquisition in December 2024. His work centers on building repeatable systems, strengthening partnerships, and aligning teams around clear, achievable goals.
